This Medex Pod X-400 is incredible on several fronts. Firstly, it covers four wavelengths at once. The light is very strong and I could feel and see a difference immediately. This is my fourth red light product and is by far the best. I use it every single day without fail. Secondly, it is very soft to the touch and comfortable to lay in. I lay on one side and put the other on top of me. The 20 minute setting is perfect if I plan to do a lunchtime power nap as the red light is extremely relaxing. Thirdly, the price is reasonable considering how a hard plastic red light bed is many, many thousands of dollars. This is a very good alternative. It is also portable so can easily be rolled up and taken on extended trips. Fourth, it has made a HUGE impact on my skin, my stress level, my carpal tunnel pain, and my knee arthritis. It is the real deal. Get it!

The product is good, but I expected better results considering the price of the product

Just got this red light therapy mat and I’m already impressed! It’s super comfortable to lie on, and the quality feels great. After just a couple of uses, I can already tell it’s working well—I’m noticing some relaxation in my muscles and a general soothing effect. I’m really looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits with regular use. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy and pleasant way to add red light therapy to your routine!

Received quickly and well packaged with adequate instructions. Product works as described and have been using it routinely every evening and does appear to be helping with minor aches and pains as promised. It is definitely relaxing and easy to use. Hoping for continued benefits. Great value for cost and well made.
